At The Perfumes LK, we deliver our genuine designer and niche perfumes directly to your home or office anywhere across Sri Lanka. Every parcel is handled through reliable, established courier partners to guarantee fast, safe, and accountable transit from our fulfillment facility straight into your hands.

Whether you order a factory-sealed full retail bottle or authentic travel decants, our packaging is specially designed to keep delicate glass bottles and luxury perfume oils safe throughout shipping.

A standard island-wide flat delivery fee of Rs. 500.00 applies to all orders, clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Protective Packaging for Perfumes & Decants

Perfumes are precious glass items containing delicate perfume oils. We take packaging integrity seriously with multi-layer protective measures:

  • Original Full Bottles: Packed in their original manufacturer retail boxes, wrapped in high-density bubble wrap, reinforced at all corners, and sealed inside a sturdy corrugated outer carton.
  • Handcrafted Decants: Each decant is filled in a sterile glass atomizer equipped with an airtight, leak-proof spray mechanism to prevent evaporation and leakage during transit.
  • Thermal & Shock Shielding: Parcels are cushioned to withstand courier handling and packaged to protect the perfume notes from ambient heat and direct sunlight while on the road.
  • Tamper-Evident Packaging: All parcels are sealed with security packaging tape so you can immediately identify if a package was tampered with in transit.

Order Processing & Live Tracking

All orders are verified, securely packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding national and mercantile holidays).

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email containing your courier tracking number. You can also monitor real-time updates anytime through our online Order Tracking portal.

Tips for a Smooth Doorstep Delivery

To avoid any transit delays and ensure hassle-free delivery:

  • Active Phone Number: Please provide a mobile number that is regularly reachable. Courier riders always call before arriving to confirm you are available to receive the package.
  • Complete Address: Include your house or apartment number, building name, road/street name, and a nearby landmark.
  • Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please message us immediately on WhatsApp at +94 779785001 before the order is dispatched.
