1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your browsing and purchase of products from The Perfumes LK. By exploring our online boutique or placing an order, you agree to these fair and practical terms. Our goal is to provide authentic luxury perfumes with complete honesty and customer satisfaction.

2. 100% Authenticity Guarantee

Every product available at The Perfumes LK is guaranteed original and authentic:

  • Full Retail Bottles: Sourced exclusively through verified global distributors and perfume brand representatives, arriving in original manufacturer packaging with verifiable batch codes.
  • Handcrafted Decants: Extracted directly from authentic retail bottles into sterile, premium glass atomizers with zero dilution, fillers, or alteration.
  • Zero Counterfeit Guarantee: We do not sell fakes, clones, copies, or tester imitations under any condition. What you purchase is the authentic designer or niche perfume formulation as crafted by the master perfumers.
  • Batch Code Verification: Full bottles carry legitimate manufacturer batch codes that can be verified through standard international cosmetics databases.

3. Scent Performance & Perfume Longevity

Our perfumes are genuine Eau de Toilette (EDT), Eau de Parfum (EDP), Parfum, and Extrait de Parfum concentrations formulated for rich olfactory character and longevity.

Perfume projection and longevity naturally vary according to individual factors such as skin chemistry, ambient humidity, temperature, and skin moisture. While we guarantee the authentic juice and concentration of every bottle and decant, personal wear longevity may vary between individuals.

4. Pricing & Accepted Payment Methods

All prices on our website are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) with all costs clearly outlined before you place your order. We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Secure card payments powered by PayHere (Visa & Mastercard) with 256-bit encryption.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): Split payments into interest-free installments via Koko, or Mintpay.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash directly to the courier rider at your doorstep upon handover.
  • Transparent Billing: All orders are confirmed at the exact price shown at checkout. You will never be charged any hidden processing fees or surprise surcharges.

5. Island-Wide Doorstep Delivery

We deliver island-wide across all 9 provinces in Sri Lanka with verified courier networks:

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 2–3 business days
  • Outstation (All Other Areas): 3–5 business days

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of verification. A flat island-wide delivery fee of Rs. 500.00 applies per order.

6. Strict Returns & Opened Bottle Policy

To uphold uncompromising hygiene, product safety, and authenticity guarantees for every customer:

  • Opened or Used Full Bottles: Full perfume bottles that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or sprayed cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Unopened Full Bottles: Can be returned only if they are brand-new, factory-sealed with cellophane intact, in pristine condition, and reported within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage or incorrect shipment.
  • Handcrafted Decants: Decants are custom-filled upon order and are strictly non-returnable unless the glass atomizer arrived broken or leaking during transit.
  • Subjective Scent Preference: Returns cannot be accepted based on personal preference or skin chemistry. We encourage exploring our affordable 5ml and 10ml decants before committing to full bottles.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address, add products, or cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp at +94 779785001 before dispatch. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, transit modifications may result in delivery delays.

8. Perfume Storage & Care

To maintain the optimal quality, depth, and longevity of your perfume, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, radiant heat, and high humidity.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, imagery, graphics, text write-ups, and website designs appearing on The Perfumes LK are our exclusive intellectual property and protected under the laws of Sri Lanka.
